Dick’s Sporting Goods is expanding its corporate campus in Findlay Township. The retail is leasing 73 acres at Northfield Commerce Park near Pittsburgh International Airport.
The area is just east of its current corporate headquarters. As part of the new lease deal, Dick’s has committed to constructing a 180,000-square-foot building at the site. The building is to be completed by December 2015.
Dick’s SG currently occupies a 670,000-square-foot building on 116 acres in Findlay. The site includes an airplane hangar.
