Dick’s Sporting Goods will be opening four new Dick’s Sporting Goods stores in September. The stores are in Sarasota, FL; North Port, FL; Tucson, AZ and Schererville, IN.
With these new stores opening, Dick’s will now have 733 Dick’s Sporting Goods stores nationwide in 47 states. The new Dick’s locations will bring approximately 265 collective jobs to four communities through the hiring of full-time, part-time and temporary associates for these stores.
For each grand opening weekend, customers will receive the chance to win great prizes and participate in fun activities. In Florida and Arizona, customers will have the chance to meet special guests, such as Majesty Outdoors host Bill Blodgett, artist and conservationist Guy Harvey; Addictive Fishing host Capt. Blair Wiggins in both Sarasota and North Port, FL and former Arizona point guard Mike Bibby and former Arizona guard Miles Simon in Tucson, AZ.
