Decked hired Scott Hibbert as director of community marketing and mountain sports manager. Hibbert brings 15 years of marketing experience to support the brand’s growth.

In the position, Hibbert is responsible for building, executing and leading a community marketing strategy and building the brand’s athlete and ambassador programs.

As community marketing is a significant pillar for the company, Hibbert will curate programs to cater to the outdoor space, including hunting & fishing, mountain biking, skiing & snowboarding, Overlanding, and relevant outdoor categories.

Hibbert joined Decked after five years at The North Face, where he worked as the brand’s global sports marketing manager of Snowsports & Trail Running. Before TNF, Hibbert built the snow sports athlete program at Under Amour as global sports marketing manager, Outdoor Performance.
