Cutter & Buck Inc. entered into a Separation and Release Agreement with William B. Swint, formerly the company’s Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Swint has resigned from his prior positions as an officer and employee of Cutter & Buck, with his departure from the company to be effective March 31, 2006.

Pursuant to the company’s recent restructure of management responsibilities, the position of Chief Operations Officer has been eliminated.
