Cushe Footwear, acquired by Wolverine World Wide last year, has opened the doors of its very first store in the world in the TriNoma Shopping Mall, Manila, Philippines.
After only a week of operations, Cushe is already looking forward to
opening the next one at Resorts World; an upmarket mall located a
stones throw away from Manila International Airport.
“Its a cute little store,” says Gifford Chu, President of Shoemakers Shop, Inc (Cushes Filipino distributor). “The area may only be less than 30 square meters, but its irregular and narrow floor space posed a mammoth challenge. We had to figure out how to include all the design elements we were shown during the conference into such a small space.”
