Crunch, the fitness club chain, is opening its newest franchise location at 7800 Rivers Avenue in Charleston, SC in late 2016.
Crunch North Charleston will bring its “No Judgments” philosophy and fusion of fitness-meets-entertainment to the community.
A cornerstone in the Promenade at Northwoods Mall, the new 27,000-square-foot health club will border the intersection of Rivers Avenue and Ashley Phosphate Road. The club will pack more than 150 pieces of cardio and strength training equipment, in addition to tanning and HydroMassage beds, full-service locker rooms with showers and changing rooms, a functional training area with indoor turf and a Kid’s Crunch babysitting area.
The three co-owners John Freeland, John Wright and Phil Yun bring with them decades of business and management experience in the fitness industry.
“We pride ourselves on fun, effective, affordable workouts and a philosophy that welcomes all types of people.” Freeland said, who is the owner of four operating Crunch Franchise locations in the Richmond, VA area.
The team is currently seeking additional viable locations in Charleston and is eager to grow the brand in the surrounding communities.
