Crosman Corporation, international designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a wide range of products for the shooting sports, has appointed Brad Webb as its new National Sales Manager. The former vice president of sales national accounts at Primos Hunting Calls, Webb has an extensive background with all retail channels serving the hunting market, particularly the US big box retailers.

Crosman VP of Sales, Steve Upham, said Webb's experience would be key in penetrating the hunting category. “Given Brad Webb's impressive success in the shooting sports, predominantly in the hunting category, we're delighted he's joining us at this pivotal time. As we grow our business in hunting, his experience and understanding of sales channels and customer requirements will provide our sales team with real insight. Hunting is a growing category for Crosman, one where we expect to increase sales and develop exciting new products,” Upham said. “Brad will play an important role in that effort.”

In his new position, Webb will oversee Crosman's North American sales team. He will focus on developing targeted sales initiatives for new accounts, while expanding the integration of product lines within existing accounts. Says Upham, “By adding Brad Webb to our team, we're underscoring our increased commitment to market hunting products. Our recent success in penetrating the hunting optics and archery markets has encouraged us to increase our investment and dedication to the category. We're confident that Brad Webb will be a genuine asset in that campaign.”

Webb is also enthusiastic about joining Crosman, “I'm impressed by Crosman's progressive culture and its experienced sales team. I should add that, despite Crosman's historically strong position in the US market, there's always room to grow, both here and abroad. As national sales manager, I plan to make good use of my hunting and shooting sports background. I'll also work in an area that is critical to growth in any business, taking care of our customers.”

Webb holds a BA in Communications from the University of Southern Mississippi. He and his wife Jana, plan to relocate to the Rochester, NY area.
