Crosman Corporation appointed Jennifer Lambert as VP of marketing. In her new position, Lambert will oversee the companys strategic marketing efforts, with an emphasis on accelerating new product development.

According to Crosman President and CEO, Phil Dolci, Jennifers leadership style and success in leveraging marketing strategy to achieve superior results distinguishes her, and Im pleased to welcome her to the Crosman family. With more than 15 years of experience across a wide range of consumer products and services, Jennifers vision is a key factor in the creation of a best-in-class marketing organization to reinforce Crosmans leadership in the marketplace, Dolci added.

Having shaped some of the worlds leading brands, before joining Crosman Lambert served as Global Marketing Director at Bausch + Lomb, Inc., where she was responsible for execution and global strategy for the companys lens care brands. Preceding that, she was Marketing Director at Sun Products Corporation, a privately held maker of laundry and home care products, where she was instrumental in establishing and growing the Snuggle® and Surf® brands. Prior to her work at Sun Products Corporation, Lambert made significant contributions during her 10 years at PepsiCo, where she held a number of brand marketing and innovation roles.

Lambert holds both a BS and an MS in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received her MBA from the University of Connecticut. Lambert, her husband and two children live in Pittsford, NY.
