Crosman Corporation has the appointment of Wilmington, NC-native Chip Hunnicutt as Web and Social Marketing Manager.


“With over ten years of experience leading marketing and technology efforts in several industries, coupled with a strong background in hunting and shooting sports, Chip brings a unique knowledge of positioning an outdoor company to today’s information-hungry consumer,” said Bob Hampton, Crosman’s vice president of marketing. According to Hampton, “Chip’s familiarity of emerging technologies, social media strategies, and how to effectively integrate them with traditional marketing efforts will help Crosman expand revenues and provide a roadmap for future growth.”


Prior to his appointment, Hunnicutt most recently served as President of Doubletough Ventures, Inc. where he was responsible for the development of Trophy Score, a big-game animal scoring application for the iPhone. Hunnicutt holds an M.S.S. in sport management from the U.S. Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama and a B.S. in business administration from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. He and his wife Jennifer, plan to relocate to the Rochester, NY.
