Crocs Inc. filed an amended S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, upping both the number of shares to be offered in the company's IPO and the price per share. The company now will sell 4.95 million shares and the selling stockholders are offering 4.95 million shares. In addition, the offer price is now $19-$20 per share compared to $13-$15 per share previously.

This is a total of 9.9 million shares, up from 9 million shares in their previous S-1. The company could now raise up to $99 million while selling stockholders will partially cash out with $99 million of their own. Crocs will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.

For the nine-month period ending September 30, 2005, Crocs reported roughly $75 million in sales with $12.8 million in net income.
