The ESOP Association has recognized Cramer Products, Inc., as a Silver ESOP Award winner.  The Silver ESOP Awards honor companies that have sustained an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) for 25 years or more.

Cramer, a company started in 1918, established its ESOP in 1985 and all 44 eligible full-time employees participate.

This is the fourth year the Silver ESOP Awards have been presented by the Association. I consider it an honor and a statement of significance, to recognize Cramer Products as a Silver ESOP Company, said J. Michael Keeling, president of the ESOP Association.  Cramer Products evidences that with proper management and planning, a company can remain employee owned, benefiting all employees for years to come. The sustaining of the employee ownership structure demonstrates that preserving locally controlled jobs in todays global economy is more likely when employees are owners. A total of 41 companies that are members of the ESOP Association received the Silver ESOP Award at the associations annual conference held in May.

We are proud to be a Silver ESOP Award recipient, said Tom Rogge, Cramers president and CEO. We believe strongly in the power of employee ownership and are pleased to have the efforts of our company and our employees recognized.
