Cramer Products Inc. has acquired Active Ankle Systems Inc. of Louisville, Ky. Terms were not disclosed. Active Ankle is a manufacturer of ankle braces used by professional and amateur athletes of all ages.

For the present, Active Ankle will continue to operate from Louisville with no changes to its staff. Also, Rogge notes that Tandem Sport will continue to be a valued distributor of Active Ankle products. “As the new owner of Active Ankle we will gladly continue that relationship,” he says.
