Baltimore-based band Turnstile teamed up with Converse, channeling their passion for skateboarding into a two-sneaker capsule featuring a Converse Chuck 70 and One Star Pro.
The silhouettes tout custom detailing inspired by the band’s album and tour art. The Blackout Chuck 70 touts a monotone black upper with graphics that take cues from the band’s album Glow On. The canvas upper is paired with translucent details, a custom license plate, prints on the outsole, sock liner, and a reflective floating orb graphic.
The leather Only One Star One Star Pro features a multi-star logo on the quarter panel. The design epitomizes the crossover between hardcore punk and skateboarding, with details inspired by the band’s album artwork. The silhouette features co-branded details on the tongue and license plate, a CX foam liner, a Cons traction outsole, and elasticated tongue gussets for a lockdown fit. The foxing tape is embossed with the lyrics, “Can’t Be The Only One.”
The Converse x Turnstile collection is available at converse.com and select retailers.
