Confluence Holdings Corporation will be consolidating all of its operations, sales, marketing, finance and manufacturing into its Easley, South Carolina facility. As a result of the consolidation Confluence will cease operation and close its Trinity facility on or about August 19th, 2005.

“After extensive review, which evaluated the total operations, it became apparent that consolidating into the Easley facility was the best option for the company to grow and capitalize on the acquisition,” said Rich Feehan, Confluence Watersports CEO.

Employees at the Trinity facility were notified of the plans to close the facility this afternoon and were informed that Confluence is accepting applications for employment opportunities in manufacturing and support positions in Easley. The closure of the facility affects about 120 employees.
