totaling $600,000 on credit that has not been paid, according to the Oregonian.
The suit claims Columbia holds a personal guaranty signed by the Utgaards in 1998 that enables it to get paid before other unsecured creditors. The suit asks for the $600,000 along with attorney's fees association with the filing.
