Colt CZ Group SE announced that it finalized the acquisition of the remaining 75 percent stake in its Swedish subsidiary Spuhr i Dalby AB.

Spuhr’s founder, Hakan Spuhr, and I will remain with the company and will continue to build the Spuhr brand together with Colt CZ Group. Spuhr i Dalby is a Swedish manufacturer of optical mounting solutions for firearms located in Löddeköpinge, Sweden. The company’s product portfolio includes optical mounts, accessories and upgrade kits for firearms, complementary to Colt’s core business. The Spuhr mounts and accessories are used by military and law enforcement worldwide, including the Swedish armed forces, Dutch and Danish Army, German Police, and Portuguese Navy. Spuhr also offers a hunting series of products.
