The Coleman Company, Inc. has opened its newly constructed distribution center in Gardner, KS. Coleman said the new structure, which houses approximately 160 full-time employees, splices business strategy seamlessly with functionality and green initiatives. The new DC vaunts over 1 million square feet (25 acres of which are under the roof), 100 dock doors, trailer parking for 300 and LEED certified design principles, the gold standard for high-performance green buildings.
