Coal Headwear hired Mike LeBlanc as its sales and marketing manager. LeBlanc has been a pro snowboarder for nearly 30 years and an original Coal Headwear team athlete. He is also the co-founder of Holden Outerwear, spending over 20 years at the luxury outerwear brand. Most recently, LeBlanc worked in sales for Westerlind.

“Mike’s deep connection to Coal, combined with his proven track record in the industry, makes him the ideal leader to write the next chapter of our brand story,” said Joe Windemuth, brand manager of Coal Headwear.

LeBlanc will “modernize the brand’s marketing approach, expand sales channels and elevate Coal’s presence in the global headwear market.”

“Coal has always been personal to me. I have been a fan since day one and loved how they were always about the combination of style, quality, and restraint. Also, their history of promoting the realest people and movements in the game,” said LeBlanc. “I’m stoked to get started. We have a great crew, solid systems in place, and a deep history. This role is a dream opportunity for me.”
