Cleveland Golf/Srixon said the effective immediately, Chuck Thiry has been promoted to brand manager for Cleveland Golf, while Chris Beck has been promoted to Brand Manager for Srixon. Both are new positions.

The duties and responsibilities of these two key positions include oversight of each respective brand, as well as the development and implementation of new and innovative brand strategies within the marketplace.

Thiry is a 25 year golf industry veteran, having served several major manufacturers in Customer Service, Field Sales and Sales Management positions.  After spending time in Philadelphia, New York, and Detroit, Thiry joined Cleveland Golf in 1999, as a Sales Representative in Chicago.  He was named Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Cleveland Golf in 2004 and is a 1981 Graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy.

Beck, who began his career in Cleveland Golf’s Research and Development Department in 1998, has also served as Product Manager, Director of Product Marketing and Vice President of Business Development over the course of his eleven year tenure at Cleveland® Golf/Srixon®. Beck is a native of Orange County, CA, and received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California – Irvine.
