Liz Claiborne Inc. completed the purchase of all of the equity of Skylark Sport Marketing Corporation, doing business as prAna.
Based in North San Diego County (Vista), California and established in 1993, prAna is expected to generate annual net sales of approximately $30 million in fiscal 2005.
