Private equity firm seeks CEO for high-growth branded action-sports company located in Southern California. Company is a leading designer, marketer, manufacturer and distributor of action sports goods targeting the young male demographic.
Candidates should have the following experience and background:
- CEO or divisional management level experience with full P&L responsibility of an enterprise with at least $100 million in revenues
- Multi-brand development and marketing
- Accessories marketing and product development
- Apparel marketing and product development
- Product development and extensions with technology component
- Multiple customer distribution channels (direct, catalog, specialty, and mass)
- Global sourcing and supply chain management
- Acquisitions
- Experience reporting to a board of directors and working with a private equity investment firm
Position will be based in Southern California.
Compensation will be competitive and will include equity-based financial incentives.
