Cherokee Inc. has reached a licensing agreement with Pan Oceanic Eyewear in the U.S. to make sunglasses, swim and snow goggles through its Sideout brand.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pan Oceanic president Elliot Mizrahi said first products to hit the market will be adult sport lifestyle eyewear, and then children's sun, ski and swim wear. He said the brand will be an affordable version of more upscale brands with similar high-tech features.
Cherokee markets and licenses brands like Cherokee, Sideout and Carole Little.
