Winter Dew Tour To Serve As A U.S. Olympic Qualifying Event

The Adventure Sports Network Group announced its annual Winter Dew Tour to be held at Copper Mountain this December 16-19. It will serve as a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Olympic qualifying event for men’s and women’s halfpipe and slopestyle snowboarding and freeskiing competitions.

Dorel Industries Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Dorel Sports, its bicycle segment that includes Cannondale and Schwinn, to Pon Holdings B.V., a Dutch mobility group, for U.S. $810 million in cash.

Canada Goose’s Debt Ratings Outlook Upgraded

S&P Global Ratings revised its debt rating outlook on Canada Goose Holdings Inc. to positive from stable. S&P said Canada Goose’s operating performance for fiscal 2021 was healthier than its previous expectation because of stronger consumer demand and better recovery post easing of restrictions.

Retail Imports Remain High, But Could Be Higher Without Port Congestion
