Canada Goose Holdings, Inc. announced the results of its August 8, 2025, annual shareholder meeting.
At the meeting, all nominees for election as directors listed in the company’s management information circular dated June 18, 2025, were elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders who were virtually present or represented by proxy.
