Camping World Holdings, Inc. reported that President Brent Moody plans to retire on December 31, 2024, with his resignation as president effective July 1, 2024. The company’s CFO, Karin Bell, also plans to retire upon filing Camping World’s Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024, with her resignation as CFO effective July 1, 2024.
With Moody’s resignation, Matthew Wagner will be appointed president and continue to serve as the company’s principal operating officer. With Bell’s resignation, Tom Kirn will be appointed chief financial officer and remain the company’s principal accounting officer.
