3point5.com finalized an agreement to purchase Influence Technologies. ITI, based in Tustin, Calif., specializes in online consumer and business-to-business catalogs, specialty sales programs and manages industry-specific web marketplaces including BroForm.com.
Salt Lake City, Utah-based 3point5.com said it intends to operate ITI, including BroForm.com, in its current form and to retain all existing employees.
