Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. completed its previously announced initial public offering at $16.00 per share. The company sold a total of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock, which included 750,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters option to purchase additional shares. Total net proceeds to the company from the offering, after deducting underwriter discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately $82.7 million.

The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 30, 2014, under the symbol BOOT.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co., Jefferies LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
