Body-Solid, Inc. has selected Carey Kerns Public Relations to assist in a new brand-building initiative. Adding a public relations component is one element in the company’s marketing communications program aimed at enhancing sales growth of its fitness products. Co-CEO Scott McDonald says the decision to engage Carey Kerns Public Relations was influenced by her familiarity with the fitness industry, product publicity background and consumer and trade media relationships.

“This is a pivotal time as our company continues to evolve and focus on further product innovations and pursue new market segments,” notes McDonald. “Having a dedicated public relations partner will be crucial to this effort, and we’re looking forward to working with Carey on that front.”
