Blue Star Sports, the largest and fastest-growing provider of sports technology, continued its expansion with the acquisition of SportsTG, a leading provider of digital solutions and technologies to grassroots sport in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and other key international markets. The acquisition further contributes to Blue Star Sports’ market leadership.

SportsTG currently serves more than 6 million active sports participants and 60,000 grassroots clubs, publishing 115,000 match results each month. SportsTG also has partnerships with 26 national sports governing bodies including the Australian Football League, 35 professional clubs and more than 100 international event operators.

The SportsTG transaction marks a significant milestone in Blue Star Sports’ extraordinary growth. In addition to the creation of the first global youth sports technology company, the transaction extends Blue Star Sports’ solutions across all major global sports and brings its user base to more than 40 million worldwide. SportsTG’s mobile technology and infrastructure also enhances the robust software and technology products offered by Blue Star Sports to its national governing body, youth sports league, club and association clients.
