Big Agnes announced new hires within its product development team. Joining the company are Bryan Davis, Leanne Thompson and Monica Welcker, while Tim Leroy joins its sourcing department.

“We’re thrilled to add such a talented and creative group of industry veterans to our product development and sourcing team,” said Bill Gamber, co-founder and president, Big Agnes. “Their combined experience across a variety of industries and product categories will absolutely help us push innovative design and produce award-winning gear.”

Most recently he was a senior director in hardgoods design at Burton snowboards. Davis is a veteran of product design and brand strategy. In his new role, he will be charged with leading the company’s designers and collaborating with its development and sourcing departments. Davis will also oversee the development and execution of product, assortment and strategy for its product line.
