Beyond Yoga reported a solid year in fiscal 2023, with sales up 14 percent for the fourth quarter and 19 percent for the full year, achieving revenues of over $115 million.
Levi Strauss & Co. acquired Beyond Yoga in September 2021 for $400 million. The company successfully incorporated Beyond Yoga into the LS&Co. portfolio and opened six brick-and-mortar stores in the U.S.
Management at Levi Strauss believes that Beyond Yoga is at an inflection point and expects big things with the hire of former Athlete CEO Nancy Green as Beyond Yoga’s next CEO.
“Nancy is a proven brand builder with deep retail experience and a legacy of driving significant profitable growth, having scaled Athleta to nearly $1 billion from $250 million as the brand CEO at Gap Inc.,” said incoming Levi Strauss CEO Michelle Gass. “I am confident Nancy’s appointment will unlock the next phase of growth for the brand.”
