Beeline Bikes, a full-service mobile bike shop, signed five new franchise agreements to develop 25 new mobile shops across eight new territories, making the second quarter the brand’s most successful quarter in franchise sales to date. Beeline Bikes’ 25 new mobile shops will launch across Colorado, Texas and California, as well as entering Indiana for the first time.

The new shops will expand the brand’s current U.S. fleet to more than 60 mobile shops. Beeline Bikes offers expert bike service and advice with a fully stocked mobile bike repair shop that travels to the customer at the location, day and time of their choosing.

“Beeline has grown rapidly and the momentum continues to build as fulfillment of bikes purchased online becomes a significant additional Mobile Bike Shop revenue stream,” said Pete Buhl, Beeline Bikes founder and CEO. “I’ve been pleased by the success and acceptance of our brand and innovative approach to the market, and I’ve been humbled by the caliber of discussions we are having with great prospective partners throughout the U.S. I look forward to continued expansion throughout the U.S. as we bring expert service and bike fulfillment to delighted customers throughout the country.”

The eight new Beeline Bikes territories include Austin, TX; Fort Collins, CO; Indianapolis, IN; Tucson, AZ; and Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, Berkeley/Oakland, CA. Beeline has grown strategically over the past four years as the bicycle market has evolved. Beeline’s goal is to “build a network that covers all major metro markets in the U.S. with owners who are eager to grow their fleet of mobile shops as market demand and customer awareness continues to grow,” said a company representative.

As the exclusive fulfillment partner of Accell North America, owners of the Raleigh and Diamondback brands, Beeline continues to see growth in its bike sales and fulfillment segment.

“The expectation of the modern consumer is changing rapidly. They expect to be able to purchase where they want, when they want and how they want. Together with Beeline, we are committed to being a leader in meeting the consumers’ needs and being an innovator in the cycling industry. By partnering with Beeline, we can ensure a great initial experience with the delivery of a professionally assembled bicycle, and then ensure a great ongoing experience through Beeline’s services,” said Chris Speyer, CEO of Accell North America. “Beeline has already assembled, delivered and set up thousands of bikes for our customers, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We look forward to meeting our customer’s needs for a lifetime thanks to quality products, convenience and robust service.”

Beeline Bikes is currently expanding its network of mobile bike shops and offering franchise opportunities throughout the U.S. to qualified entrepreneurs to help grow the brand.
