Bass Pro Shops will open a Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World in Sunset Hill, MO, on May 3; this is the retailer’s third location in the region. The new 93,000-square-foot space will offer gear for fishing, hunting, camping, boating, and other outdoor pursuits.
The store’s design incorporates a 14,000-gallon aquarium with 70 native fish swimming underneath stalactites hanging from an Onondaga Cave-like structure.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to open a brand new store in our home state of Missouri,” noted conservationist and Bass Pro Shops Founder Johnny Morris. “The St. Louis area is home to incredibly passionate sportsmen and women who love the outdoors as much as we do, and we’re excited to expand our ability to serve them while showcasing our iconic outdoor brands, including Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and Tracker Boats and ATVs.”
