Banshee Brands, Inc., the parent company of Retay USA and Breda America Group (Breda AG), has appointed Dave Barrera as chief operating officer. Barrera will oversee the execution of the company’s strategic plans and manage day-to-day operations as Banshee Brands continues to expand.

The company said Barrera brings over two decades of executive leadership and operational experience to his new role.
“Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented transformational solutions to optimize business operations, leveraging advanced technologies and strategies to drive growth. A U.S. Air Force veteran with multiple deployments during the early years of the Global War on Terror, Barrera also has over a decade of experience in the tactical industry, serving premier special operations, law enforcement, and corporate clients,” the company said in a media release.
