Aussie Apparel Group continues to aggregate small alternative brands as it announced last week the addition of two more labels to its growing stable.
The company signed a letter-of-intent to acquire the November Clothing Company, while simultaneously signing a deal with Krash Distribution Company to acquire the November trademark in an asset purchase agreement.
November had estimated sales of $1.5 million in 2002. The three-year-old brand caters to aficionados of skate punk fashion.
The deal came just one day after the company signed a letter-of-intent to acquire TSA Brand Inc. Both companies are based in Orange County, CA and former Avia and Razor exec Jim Waataja is president of the two separately operated companies. TSA, a core extreme sports brand rooted in skate and hip-hop, also had estimated sales of $1.5 million in 2002.
All parties expect to sign definitive agreements within four to six weeks.
