Astral, which has recently expanded from making PFDs to making footwear, has tapped David Garringer to serve as its sales representative on the west coast, where he will serve retailers in Northern California, Oregon and Washington.
A core whitewater paddler, avid snowboarder, and a darn good mountain biker, Garringer has built solid roots in the outdoor and paddling industries. Formerly sponsored by Astral, Garringer has formed close relationships with President Philip Curry and VP of Sales and Marketing Christie Dobson, who believe his deep knowledge of the boating industry and his incredible work ethic give him the ability to authentically represent the brand.
