Asics Corporation posted a 10.8% decrease in revenues for the fiscal second quarter ended September 30. Total consolidated worldwide revenues were ¥110.8 billion ($1.18 bn), compared to ¥124.2 billion ($1.23 bn) in the year-ago quarter.
Operating profits fell 25.8% to ¥9.45 billion ($101 mm) for the fiscal second quarter, while net income declined 65.3% to ¥2.62 billion ($15 mm) versus the prior-year quarter.
