Ashworth, Inc. has appointed Peter S. Case to the position of EVP, CFO, and treasurer. He has been acting in an interim role. Peter Holmberg was also promoted to EVP of merchandising, design, and production.
Per Gasseholm has resigned from his position as EVP and COO. Holmberg's responsibilities will be divided among the senior executives, with CEO Randall L. Herrel, Sr. and Mr. Case overseeing Ashworth's U.S. Embroidery and Distribution Center, Mr. Holmberg looking after sourcing and production, and Gary Schneiderman, EVP of sales and marketing, running the customer service department.
