Arc’teryx Equipment has been named to the list of 2020 Best Workplaces in British Columbia. Arc’teryx received this honor after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work.

The recognition underscores the brand’s commitment to creating an inclusive, transparent and collaborative culture for its employees. Employees of Arc’teryx include corporate support staff, retail employees and skilled factory workers and to support the continued growth of the brand, Arc’teryx places significant emphasis on employee engagement.

The 2020 list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work.

To be eligible for it, organizations must have been Great Place to Work-Certified in the past year, be headquartered in British Columbia and have at least 10 employees working in the province who participated in the Trust Index employee survey. Great Place to Work determined the list of the best workplaces, based on the overall Trust Index score from these employees.
