Arc’teryx announced it opened its 22nd retail store, and sixth in Northern California, on October 22 in The Village at Corte Madera.

The 1455-square-foot store, located at 1708 Redwood Hwy, Corte Madera, CA, overlooks the Corte Madera Marsh State Park with views of Mount Tam.

This Arc’type store, the brand’s recently rebranded concept store, will focus on outerwear, packs, climbing gear, hiking, and trail running apparel. The assortment includes the Alpha SV, the brand’s first jacket designed over 20 years ago, and its first women’s parka, the Patera Parka, introduced in 2012.

“In the heart of Marin County, Corte Madera is home to some of the best trail running, hiking and mountain biking in the world,” said Delaney Schweitzer, chief commercial officer, Arc’teryx. “It’s a natural fit to bring this curated selection of the most loved Arc’teryx products to this incredible community, and we look forward to establishing this space as a hub for outdoor events and activities.”
