The Archery Trade Association (ATA) appointed Jason Harris, director of marketing and product management for Primos Hunting, to its Board of Directors.

“It’s both exciting and an honor to be elected by my colleagues to serve the ATA as the newest board member,” said Harris. “As a life-long archery and bowhunting enthusiast, I’m committed to serving the Archery Trade Association as we work to keep the industry healthy and growing.”

Harris is serving a four-year term that started on April 1, 2024 and ends on March 21, 2028.

Jeff Poole, president and CEO of the ATA, said, “ATA’s Board members are committed and well-suited to advance the organization’s goals and mission. “h” y are a talented group with the knowledge, experience and passion to lead our industry.”

Harris has worked with Primos and its sister brands of Gold Tip, Bee Stinger and Bushnell for over a decade and has served in multiple positions within the sales, product development and marketing teams. Harris is also a contributing member of the Primos Truth About Hunting television show.

“I was lucky enough to be able to start my career with a small archery company more than 20 years ago and have been blessed in so many ways by this industry and what it has allowed me to do,” added Harris. “I can’t think of a better way to give back to the sport and the people that have supported my career and the brands I have represented.”
