Arcade Belts, the rugged belt brand, announced three outside sales force members will join the team to build out multiple retail territories in the United States and Canada. The Raven Workshop will lead growth in Utah, Josh Kearney in Los Angeles, and Nickson Agencies in Ontario, Canada.

“The Arcade Belts brand was built one belt at a time based on solid relationships with our retail partners,” said Patrick Carland, Arcade Belts vice president of sales. “All three of our new sales partners will help us strengthen current ties to retailers and build new ones in their respective territories. Their professionalism and competence combined with our commitment to the retailer ensures our growing brand will continue to thrive.”

The Raven Workshop, led by industry veteran and agency Principal Eric Miller, brings over 12 years of experience in the action sports and outdoor industries, and will lead development in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico. The Raven Workshop represents top-of-the line brands with a strong foundation of their people first mantra.

“We are honored for the opportunity to work with an emerging brand like Arcade,” said Miller. “The people are genuine, their market position is very compelling, and the product assortment is honed. Arcade allows us to continue rounding out our brand portfolio and aligning our agency for continued growth while bringing unique products to market.”

Josh Kearney offers over 18 years of experience in the action sports industry, specializing in sales, retail, merchandising, event planning, territory marketing and distribution. Previously a sales agent with Alpargatas S.A., Kearney managed the brand’s accounts, prospected new accounts in multiple channels of distribution, managed seasonal marketing campaigns, and analyzed business and product trends. Prior to this role, Kearney spent over two years as outside sales representative with Salty Crew, nearly three years with Madson of America, and almost nine years with Nixon. He will lead Arcade Belts’ Southern California territory.

“I’m super excited to be partnering with Arcade for the greater Los Angeles region, and hearing the overall buzz around the brand from retailers is a win-win,” said Kearney. “Growing brands is something I am passionate about, and I see the potential with this brand in multiple channels of distribution. Arcade is definitely a leader in the category and I am looking forward to growing the trend towards expansion.”

Nickson Agencies, experts in the outdoor adventure arena since 2001, currently represent several top-tier brands, including Dakine and Sun Bum, and will spearhead Arcade’s retail growth in Ontario, Canada. “So excited to join the team at Arcade. Thank you for the good vibes,” said Brooke Nickson, Owner of Nickson Agencies.
