Gerald K. Whitley, VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has announced his retirement from The Antigua Group, Inc. after twenty-one years of service. Mr. Whitley came to Antigua in 1985 after a successful career in public accounting and has been a key contributor in Antigua’s growth from a regional sportswear brand to an international multi-channel brand.

Mr. Mike Olges, who has been with Antigua for nine years serving as the company’s controller, will become Director of Finance.

A consulting agreement with Mr. Whitley has been consummated to ensure a smooth transition.
