Anta Sports Products Limited appointed Xia Lian, currently the general manager of Beijing Qingkongdaokou Investment Management Co., Ltd, as an independent non-executive director of the company.
Xia also becomes a member of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee, a member of the risk management committee, and a member of the company’s sustainability committee.
Lian replaces Dai Zhongchuan who tendered his resignation with no disagreement with Anta’s board.
Anta also announced that Wang Wenmo has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the company due to personal business. Wang also confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board.
