Allen Edmonds, a lead brand in the Caleres portfolio and the largest men’s luxury shoe brand handcrafting in the U.S. for over a century, announced the launch of The Reserve Collection.

“The Reserve Collection demonstrates our belief in the power of the Allen Edmonds brand and commitment to raising the bar on American Luxury. By championing American craftsmanship, deepening our focus on sustainability, elevating and expanding our market presence, we are ensuring that Allen Edmonds will continue to lead as an iconic American heritage luxury brand,” said Jay Schmidt, president and CEO of Caleres.

The Reserve Collection celebrates Allen Edmonds’ devotion to American artisanship. Each pair is handcrafted in the company’s Port Washington, WI, factory by the nation’s most skilled makers using only the finest leathers.

Inspired by the brand’s rich archives, every shoe undergoes a rigorous process that includes hand-stitching, staining and painting to achieve the “perfect patina.” Revitalized heritage machinery adds signature wheeling details on Goodyear welts “while modernizing legacy lasts for a contemporary fit.”

Produced in limited quantities, The Reserve Collection features eight styles, including brogues, loafers, cap-toes, and derby boots. Retail prices start at $800 to $3,000 for rare leathers. In line with the brand’s long-standing belief that “quality is the original form of sustainability,” these shoes are designed to last and can be revitalized through the Allen Edmonds Recraft program.

Founded in 1922, Allen Edmonds has always championed the belief that the traditional way of making shoes is the best way. This philosophy is vividly demonstrated in The Reserve Collection.

The Reserve Collection will be supported by a dedicated campaign titled “An Exhibition of Distinction” and available in September at select retailers, including Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom and Allen Edmonds stores across the country,
