Collective Licensing International, LLC (CLI) announced an exclusive, multi-year license agreement with timepiece designer, Xtreme Time. Under the agreement, Xtreme Time will design, market and sell Airwalk and Vision Street Wear branded watches in North America with the inaugural collection expected to debut in the spring of 2012.

“We are thrilled to see Airwalk and Vision Street Wear branching into the timepiece category,” said Bruce Pettet, President and CEO of CLI. “We are confident that the partnership with Xtreme Time will help to complement these lifestyle brands and promote brand awareness of their still growing reputations in the youth lifestyle market.”

Founded in 2000, Xtreme Time is a private corporation owned by Nissim “Nemo” Gindi and Ralph Hanan. Xtreme Time watches can be found behind some of the nation’s strongest retail private label programs, as well as in the licensed arena with brands like Apple Bottoms by Nelly and The Macbeth Collection by award-winning designer Margaret Josephs.
