Adidas signed an endorsement deal with former Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who is expected to be one of the first players selected in the 2020 NFL Draft.
“Since early in my career, one thing that stood out to me about adidas is that they always treated me like family. I’m excited to know that I’ll have family by my side through this new phase of my career.” said Tagovailoa in a statement. The draft takes place on Thursday.
Tagovailoa also recently signed former Alabama wide receiver Henry Ruggs, who ran the fastest 40-yard dash time at the 2020 NFL Combine.
Other Adidas NFL ambassadors include Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Von Miller, Dak Prescott, Alvin Kamara, Sony Michel, Juju Smith-Schuster, James Conner, DeAndre Hopkins, Adam Thielen, Joey Bosa, Adam Thielen, Marquise Brown and Hakeem Butler.
