Adidas reached a settlement with one of Forever 21 Inc.’s suppliers. The suit, filed in March, had charged Forever 21 with using the brand’s trademarked three-stripe design on its athletic apparel.
Adidas asked for a permanent injunction against M Design & Manufacturing Inc., one of several companies named alongside Forever 21 in the lawsuit.
Terms of the settlement were not immediately disclosed, according to Fashion Network.
