Adidas announced a new program to help U.S. employees working in any area of the company pay off their student loans.
Under Adidas’ Student Loan Support Program, full-time employees who work for the company at least 30 hours a week qualify for a $100 per month or $1,200 per year stipend and are eligible after one year of full-time employment.
Adidas said the loan support program places the company among seven percent of employers that offer student loan repayment support.
According to Adidas, “80 percent of employees said student loan debt causes significant stress.” In response, the company also said it is offering a financial wellness program for U.S. employees, with free financial coaching, guidance, live seminars, and webinars
