Collegiate Pacific has issued guidance for the next year that reflects the recently completed acquisitions of Tomark Sports and Kesslers Team Sports and the achievement of some key milestones for Collegiate.
BOO sees fiscal third quarter sales reaching approximately $11 million, a number that reflects organic growth of about 27% and the inclusion of Tomark. The Kesslers deal closed the first of the month and will add revenue upside for Q4 and full fiscal year 2005. Full fiscal 2004 revenues, which runs through June, are now seen in the $38.2 to $39.2 million range versus $21 million for last year.
Other milestones met during the quarter include the first million dollar sales month for the companys manufacturing unit and the company had its first $5 million sales month.
For fiscal 2005, BOO is forecasting sales in the range of $72 million to $80 million for the full year, an increase of 84% to 110% over fiscal 2004. First quarter sales are seen in the $19 million to $21 million range, up more than 200% from $5.9 million in fiscal 2004 Q1.
